About Us — rf99 Introduced

Who We Are

The story of rf99, our mission, and our commitment to Bangladeshi players.

rf99 is more than a platform — it is a community of thousands of gaming enthusiasts across Bangladesh. We had one goal: to create a place where Bangladeshi players could enjoy entertainment in their own language, using familiar payment methods, in a completely safe environment. rf99 was built on that vision, and those same values remain at the heart of every decision we make today.

We believe gaming should be an enjoyable experience — not complicated, not confusing. That is why everything on rf99 is kept simple. From creating an account to depositing, playing, and withdrawing — every step has been designed with Bangladeshi users in mind. Deposits start from just ৳200 using familiar payment methods like bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer, and withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Cricket is at the heart of our nation. BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL — when these tournaments fill the air with excitement, rf99's cricket betting section gives Bangladesh's cricket fans the chance to enjoy that excitement even more. We are with you for every Bangladesh Tigers match. At the same time, our live casino, slots, and mines games give you a complete gaming experience.

Security is the top priority at every step on rf99. Our platform uses SSL encryption to keep your personal information and financial transactions protected. Fair play is our core principle — the outcome of every game is impartial and transparent. We want our players to always play with complete peace of mind.

Our customer support team is ready to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reach us via live chat or at [email protected] — help is available in both Bengali and English. Every member of our team understands the needs of Bangladeshi players and provides assistance accordingly.

rf99's VIP program is specially designed for our loyal players. Across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, you can enjoy weekly cashback and a range of benefits. The more you play, the more rewards you earn — that is rf99's promise.
