1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the rf99 platform and all related services. By accessing the rf99 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services. If these Terms are updated, we will post a notice on the main page, and continued use of the service after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use rf99's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must have your own valid personal account and may not act on behalf of another person.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• You are using this service of your own free will and in sound mental condition.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Creating an Account

Each user may create one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any pending balance may be forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. rf99 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.2 Password & Security

Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may verify your identity at any stage of using the rf99 platform. A national ID card, passport, or other valid documents may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at rf99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team. Records of all deposit transactions are maintained.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Having a verified account speeds up this process.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, rf99 may suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rf99 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before withdrawing the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated.
• rf99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse or systematic exploitation of bonuses (bonus hunting) is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus may have a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be automatically removed after it expires.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

rf99's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Your VIP tier depends on your activity on the platform, and moving to a higher tier requires more regular participation. rf99 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

7 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rf99 platform:

• Any attempt to commit fraud, deception, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing with the help of software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Interfering with or hacking another user's account.
• Opening multiple accounts or using the service under a concealed identity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities (bugs or glitches) of the platform.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

rf99 believes that gaming should be enjoyable and should never cause financial or emotional harm to any individual. We are committed to responsible gaming.

11 Limitation of Liability

The rf99 platform operates on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or disruptions to third-party services. The following are outside rf99's control:

• Internet connection interruptions or instability.
• Issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Unforeseen technical emergencies.

In such situations, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will inform users where necessary.

12 Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any pending balance will be provided before the account is closed, subject to applicable conditions.

12.2 Termination by rf99

rf99 may terminate an account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Use of the account for illegal purposes.
• Failure to pass age or identity verification.

13 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between rf99 and a user will first be addressed through an amicable resolution process. In the event of a dispute, rf99's decision will be considered final unless there is clear evidence to the contrary.
